According the last Post from officialcurtissmotor, and the recent announce from Confederate Motors at the Concours D’Elegance at Pebble Beach in Monterey,  for a partnership with Zero Motorcycles to develop an all-electric cruiser model called the Hercules.Their president Matt Chambers says that they reached the limits of what they can do with internal combustion engines.

Chambers told Los Angeles Times:

“We can’t go any further than this. We’ve hit the ceiling. This is it.”

So interlined you read that the company responsible for making some of the most astonishing  V-twin cruisers is taking a virage at 360 degres electric. awesome donut, guys !

For us, it's the last moments you can buy one of their last 13 units of the $155,000, 150 horsepower, and 165 pound-feet of torque Bomber motorcycle, which will be the last bike under the ‘Confederate Motors’ name before they change it to Curtiss Motorcycles and go all-electric.

Matt Chambers said that the first electric vehicle they are working on is a twin-motor cruiser bike that

“will produce the equivalent of 175 horsepower and 290 pound-feet of torque.”
